At Tri Yoga Collective, we believe yoga is more than movement, it’s a path back to yourself. Our studio is a space where community, connection, and personal transformation unfold. Nestled in the heart of Mt. Dora, FL, we offer a holistic sanctuary for every level of practice, whether you’re rolling out your mat for the first time or deepening your journey as a seasoned yogi.
Our offerings go beyond the physical: from powerful yoga classes and inspiring workshops to a vibrant community lounge, boutique, and holistic café. Everything we do is designed to help you come home to your body, your breath, and your truth.
At Tri Yoga Collective, our mission is to empower individuals through the practice of yoga, holistic wellness, and conscious community. We are here to hold space for transformation on and off the mat. Through mindful movement, whole-body education, nourishing offerings, and a supportive, heart-led environment, we foster a collective path to healing, growth, and embodied living.
Tri Yoga Collective was born from a deep love for the practice and a bold vision: to create a sacred space where wellness, community, and empowerment flourish. After decades of personal practice and guided by her curiosity and commitment to continued education and self-discovery founder Mary Beth brought this dream to life in the heart of Mt. Dora in 2025.
Tri Yoga Collective is a space where yoga, soulful experiences, and like-hearted individuals come together in meaningful ways.
The name Tri holds layered meaning. In yoga philosophy, Tri means three a sacred number symbolizing the union of mind, body, and spirit. It also nods to the triadic nature of transformation: practice, awareness, and evolution. For us, it represents the strength of the collective what we create when we gather to grow, breathe, and rise together.
Mary Beth Wallis is a seasoned yoga teacher (E-RYT 500), transformational coach, and certified facilitator in both Y12SR and Equine Therapy. With over 25 years of practice and a lifelong devotion to healing and self-inquiry, her teaching is rooted in both spiritual depth and grounded presence.
She founded Tri Yoga Collective as a space for real connection to the breath, the body, and the parts of ourselves we’re ready to remember. Her approach blends the spiritual roots of yoga with the science of behavior change, and the spaces between effort and ease where true transformation unfolds.
Whether she’s leading a class, a retreat, or mentoring new teachers, Mary Beth brings fierce compassion, soulful guidance, and an open-hearted invitation to live more fully.
